High Efficiency Herbal Vacuum Evaporator External Effect Double Circulation Falling Film Evaporator
The forced circulation evaporator is suitable for pharmaceutical, brewing, food, beverage and other industries, especially for the evaporation of easy scaling liquid and high viscosity liquid such as ketchup (tomato sauce, etc.), as a high concentrator in multi effect evaporation device. It is very suitable to be used as crystallization evaporator of salt solution.
The forced circulation evaporator relies on the external force circulation pump to circulate the liquid, and the liquid circulation speed is regulated by the pump. Through the action of circulating pump, the liquid circulates in the heater pipe, and is heated to overheat under the pressure higher than the normal boiling point of liquid. After entering the separator, the pressure of liquid drops rapidly, causing part of liquid to flash or boil rapidly. The secondary steam generated by evaporation enters the next effect evaporator for heating or enters the condenser for condensation. The equipment operates under vacuum and low temperature conditions, and has the characteristics of fast flow rate of feed liquid, fast evaporation, and not easy to scale.
The forced circulation evaporator is used to avoid scaling or crystallization of products boiling on the heating surface. For this reason, the flow velocity in the tube must be high. When the circulating liquid flows through the heat exchanger, it is heated, and then partially evaporates when the pressure of the separator decreases, so as to cool the liquid to the boiling point temperature under the corresponding pressure. Because of the circulation pump, the operation of the evaporator has nothing to do with the temperature difference. The recycling speed of materials can be precisely adjusted. The evaporation rate is set within a certain range. In crystallization application, crystal can be separated from circulating crystal mud by adjusting circulating flow rate and adopting special separator design. The equipment adopts pump forced circulation, with high evaporation rate and large concentration ratio, especially suitable for evaporation of materials with high concentration or viscosity

Structural features:

2. The design of the machine is reasonable and the operation is convenient. It can be designed into semi-automatic control and automatic control.
3. Multi effect evaporation is adopted, the second and third times of steam can be reused, high efficiency and energy saving, high vacuum operation will not cause high temperature denaturation of the solution.
4. The evaporator is evenly heated in the tube through forced circulation, with high heat transfer coefficient, which can prevent "dry wall" phenomenon.
5. The internal and external precision polishing of the equipment meets GMP requirements.
Polishing:
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.
