High Performance Continuous Liquid Liquid Solvent Extraction Equipment working function :
   Liquid liquid extraction is also called solvent extraction or extraction. The process of separating and extracting components from a liquid mixture with a solvent. In the liquid mixture, the selected solvent which is not miscible (or slightly miscible) with it is added to achieve the purpose of separation or extraction by using the different solubility of its components in the solvent.

    Liquid liquid extraction is often used to separate the substance to be measured from the matrix in a sample. The separation of the sample by partitioning between two incompatible liquids or phases can achieve the purpose of purifying the substance to be measured and eliminating interfering substances. In most cases, one liquid phase is water solvent and the other is organic solvent. The selectivity and separation efficiency of the extraction process can be controlled by selecting two incompatible liquids. In water and organic phase, the stronger the hydrophilicity of hydrophilic compounds, the more hydrophobic compounds will enter into the organic phase. Usually, analytical chemists first separate the substances to be measured in organic solvents, and then, because the commonly used solvents have high vapor pressure, the solvents can be removed by evaporation to concentrate the substances to be measured.

Liquid liquid extraction (LLE) technology uses the different solubility or partition ratio of different components in two immiscible solvents to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction or purification The substance will be distributed in two immiscible liquid phases. If we take organic solvent and water as an example, when the aqueous solution containing organic matter is extracted with organic solvent, the organic compounds will be distributed between the two phases
