STAINLESS STEEL API PHARMACEUTICAL Reactor Tank is specially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with flameproof electrical motor. Agitator is used for proper mixing, eddy formation, Vortex formation as per requirement. Agitator types are decided based on process requirement.

STAINLESS STEEL API PHARMACEUTICAL Reactor Tank : It is a jacketed Crystallizing reactor tank ,which jacket can be design as Single full Jacket/limpet coil jacket,which is used for maintaining reaction conditions by providing utilities like steam, chilled water, cooling water, chilled brine and hot water. raw material Solids are charged into reactor through Manhole/ Nozzles manually and liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through manhole. the inside shell equipped with the different type sensor ,like the PH sensor ,conductivity meter ,load cell sensor ,flow meter etc to control the reactor crystallizing parameter . top mounted the anchor type agitator to mixing inside solution homgenizers , Solution or slurry is discharged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump, through bottom discharge valve.

The key points are the size of interlayer area, the structural form of agitator and material outlet form, high-precision polishing in the tank body, and no dead angle in the tank body cleaning to meet the process conditions. The tank body and upper and lower heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished by mirror, and the finish RA ≤ 0.4 μ m. There is no hygiene dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented without pollution. The equipment is equipped with air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, sight glass and other devices. Pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological products fermentation tanks adopt aseptic system to avoid and prevent the pollution of microorganisms in the air, greatly extending the retention period and purity of your products. We specially design and install aseptic breathing hole or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system on the tank. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced for circulating heating and cooling. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, insulation is made of polyurethane foam or pearl cotton, and the outer surface is frosted and Matt, which meets GMP standard.
