Glycyrrhiza Glabra Licorice Roots Phytochemicals  Extraction Processing Machine  means it is using the extraction equipment to extract the Glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhizin, licorice flavonoids  from the licorice roots raw material.
the Licorice extracts can be used for Anti tumor effect, antiviral effect, anti-inflammatory and anti immune effect, anti ulcer effect, antitussive and antiasthmatic effect, hepatoprotective effect etc .so now the licorice are used widely all over the word ,

Glycyrrhiza Glabra Licorice Roots Phytochemicals  Extraction Processing Machine can work for the different extraction process ,as the extractor medium difference ,it can be devided as below production process:

1). For water based extraction: water and herbal raw material are put into the extraction tank and start to give heat source to the interlayer. After the tank boils, reduce the supply heat source and keep the boiling in the tank. The maintenance time depends on the extraction pharmacological process. For example, cooling water is needed for closed extraction to cool the steam and return to the extraction tank to maintain the circulation and temperature.

2). For solvent extraction: firstly, the herbal and solventmust be sealed in the tank, and the heat source steam shall be supplied to the interlayer. Open the cooling water to reduce the supply heat source when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol can flow back into liquid alcohol after passing through the condenser. In order to improve the efficiency, the pump can be used to force the circulation, so that the medicine liquid can be sucked out from the lower part of the tank through the pump, and then the upper part of the cylinder is imported back into the tank, and the local ditch can be removed Flow.

3). For thermal reflux extraction:Put the medicinal materials into the extraction tank, add solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process requirements). Turn on the heating system of the extraction tank, heat the extraction solution to boiling for 20-30 minutes, and then pump one third of the extraction solution into the concentration tank with a filter tube. Close the extraction tank and jacket hot water, open the concentration tank and heating system to keep the temperature of concentrated juice at about 80 ºC and the vacuum degree at -0.05 to -0.08mpa. The secondary steam generated during concentration is turned into condensate through the condenser and cooler and returned to the extraction tank as new solvent to be added into the medicine. The new solvent passes through the medicine layer from top to bottom to the bottom of the extraction tank, The soluble components in the medicinal materials are dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank, and the extracted solution is pumped into the concentration tank through the suction filter tube. The secondary steam generated by the concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a new solvent to form a new solvent for reflux extraction until it is completely dissolved (the extracted solution is colorless), and the concentration continues until it is concentrated to the required specific gravity ointment. The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused next time. If it is extracted with organic solvent, First, add appropriate amount of water, open the straight system and jacket hot water, recover the solvent, and then discharge the slag.
