Product Description

Duplex filter is applicable to the purification of solids in each barrel of fresh milk, sugar solution, beverage and other liquids. which is widely used in the fields of pharmacy, beverage, dairy products and so on.
The two filters can be used alternately, and the filter cloth can be changed without stopping, which is suitable for long-term continuous production.

Duplex filter Working principle:
After the medium flows into the filter element in the cylinder from the filter inlet, a small amount of solid particles are removed to maintain the normal operation of other equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cylinder, particles or impurities larger than the accuracy of the filter screen are blocked in the filter screen, and the clean liquid is discharged.

Duplex filter is a versatile filter with wide application and strong adaptability. In particular, the side leakage probability of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtering accuracy, and can quickly replace the filter bag.

Duplex filter is composed of two right angle filters, four butterfly valves, two three-way pipes, two elbows and four sets of flexible joints. The function of the filter is to ensure the continuous operation and online cleaning of the equipment. Only one filter needs to be opened in use and the other one is for standby. When one filter needs to be cleaned, the other filter needs to be opened to play a role of continuous use without shutdown
Duplex filter which inclduing inside filter net ( filter net material can be stainless steel or polymer material ) ,outside shell and pipeline all used SS304 or SS316L material .
