Pure Essential Oil Steam Distiller is widely used in the extraction of conventional aroma essential oils from flowers, grass, trees, leaves, slices, roots, seeds etc. materials.
Essential oil extraction machine is applicable to the conventional aroma essential oil in plant branches, leaves, flowers, grass and with high oil content.

Pure Essential Oil Steam Distiller Working Principle:
Aroma Essential oil is extracted by water distillation. Fresh or dried aromatic plant raw materials are put into the extraction tank distiller, which is then heated by the electrical /steam in the jacket of the extraction tank distiller or can use the steam direct into the raw material ,inside extraction tank distiller temperature ges upper ,the water will be vapor and the vapor steam will be evaporated the plant essential oil. After the steam containing essential oil is collected and cooled through a condenser and sb-cooler , the vapor steam will be cooled into a liquid, and then water / essential oil separated according to the difference of specific gravity and density between the water and essential oil. Among the remaining water, some essential oils are more or less dissolved in it,which is the so-called essential oil water. Most of the essential oils are extracted in this way.

Pure Essential Oil Steam Distiller structure:
Essential oil distillation extraction machine is using steam to distill raw material to extractor the active ingredient essential
oil from the different raw material. Essential oil distillation extraction machine including the following unit :
1.Extraction distill tank ,it can use the traditional extractor tank ,which can load the raw material from the manhole of the
extraction distillation tank ,the residue material can discharge for the extractor tank discharge bottom gate ;also can use the basket type extraction tank ,which the raw material can feeding in the basket then load into the extractor tank by tank top lid cover ,the residue material can be taken out from the top lid cover.extraction distill tank can be use jacketed type which raw material can be heated indirectly via steam or electrical heating thermal oil .also can use the steam go to inside the shell to heating the raw material directly .
2. condenser :we use the high efficient shell & tube type condenser ,which can avoid the oil left stock inside the pipe .
3.sub-cooler : it can be cooled by the chiller to make the essential oil cool down and the water /essential oil will be easily
separate 
4.oil/water separator : it is the special design for the essential oil and water separator ,so it can make the water drain and
collect the essential oil.
5.collection tank :it is used to storage the essential oil product
