Stainless Steel Sanitary Sugar Powder Juice Powder Screw Load Feeding Machine, also known as semi automatic screw powder filler which is used to fill large size of powder continuously in hopper in a very short time.Screw Powder feeder machine is majorely used for filling free flowing powders and non free flowing powders.Screw Feeder is widely used for milk powder filling, cosmetic powder filling, chemical powder filling, talcum filling, juice powder filling, salt filling, sugar filling, nutrition powder filling, & food powder filling.
 
Characteristic:

1.Using double electromotors: Feeding motor & vibrating motor, separately controlled.
2. Product funnel is design to be adjustably vibratile, which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning, following functions are added in: Auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel, auger can be disassemblied for washing.
