1.Cleaner Machine
Cleaner has the characteristics of high cleaning, energy saving and water saving under the combined work of soaking, surfing, lifting and spraying. The rinse water is filtered and recycled for use, with its own lift for easy connection.The material is slowly rinsed in the water through the mesh belt, and the discharge end is equipped with a spray, which is especially suitable for mulberries, strawberries, and black mold And other soft and easily damaged fruits are cleaned. Comes with a lift for easy connection.
Character:
The machine is composed of water tank, hoist, circulating flushing water pump, transmission part and other components. When working, the material is directly poured on the conveyor chain plate and transported in the water tank; and because the bottom of the conveyor chain plate is equipped with a bubble tube, the material is produced Tumble to clean the material. After the water in the water tank is filtered by the water filter tank, it is led to the surf tube and bubble tube by the circulating water pump. 1. Tubular Preheater

Preheater is mainly used for the overall softening of various fruits, inactivating enzymes, and mulberry green.The material is fed through the spiral rotation, with a safety insulation layer; the water-bath continuous cooking, the material is turned out by a special turning scraper; the stepless adjustment speed.   
Character:
 Tubular preheater is composed of tube bundles and shells. The material passes through the tube, two groups enter, two groups return, and one group exits for three-pass flow. The steam enters the space in front of the shell and the outer wall of the pipe through the pressure reducing valve, the shut-off valve, the safety valve and the pipe to complete the heat exchange, thereby increasing the temperature of the slurry and achieving the purpose of preheating. The steam trap part is used to remove the condensed water during the heat exchange process. This machine can design the outer interlayer heat preservation according to user requirements.

4.Stoning& pulping machine
This equipment is mainly suitable for the core beating and beating of stone fruits that have been pre-cooked or have eight maturities. Pulp, slag, and nucleus are automatically separated. MDJ1 is a single-channel, MDJ2 is a double-channel, the upper channel is nucleated and peeled, and the lower channel is separated from the slurry.
Character:
 The motor is driven by a belt to make the rotor part installed on the spline shaft rotate at a high speed. The fruit enters the machine from the feed port, and the feeding blade spirally conveys the material to the beating rod, which plays a role in the beating rod. The material was smashed. The core-removing double-pass beating machine, the first pass is core-removing, and the second-pass beating realizes automatic separation of the core, peel and slag.
