Product Description
This machine can mix fine powder, caked or more two powder raw material, raw materials containing certain moisture. Particularly it can also mix raw material that needs to add small amount of additive.
Features :Unique structure of mixing tank, high mixing efficiency, free of dead corner and even mixing. The mixer is made of stainless steel with inside and outside walls polished. The machine can also increase to mix blend the function compulsory. It can mix thin powder and more than two form powders including the materials that contain water.
Working principle:
When the mixer is working, it has three-dimensional movement, and it rotates while it rotates. On the one hand, the mixer has strong turbulence effect, which accelerates the flow and diffusion of materials, on the other hand, it has overturning and translation movement, which overcomes the influence of centrifugal force, so that the materials will not produce specific gravity segregation and agglomeration phenomenon, and there is no dead angle, so as to ensure even mixing.
Characteristic:
1. The mixer has three-dimensional movement, which makes the material flow, shear, translation and diffusion, and makes the process from agglomeration to dispersion and doping each other, which ensures the material to be mixed evenly, and the evenness can reach more than 99.9%. The ordinary mixer, in which the material is only separated and combined in the container, has simple operation, low efficiency and poor quality
2. The effective loading rate of the container is 80%, the mixing time is short and the efficiency is high. (only 40% for ordinary mixer)
3. The height of the machine is low, and there is no special requirement for the workshop, so the capital construction investment is reduced.
4. The mixing barrel and the transmission part of the fuselage can be installed on the partition wall to meet GMP requirements.
5. For GH2 mixer, the mixing containers of various shapes can be placed in the mixing cylinder for mixing, which is convenient to use.
6. It can realize stepless speed regulation and is easy to load and unload.
7. Long life and low noise.
