Tincture solution refers to the clear liquid preparation made by extracting or dissolving the drug substance with specified concentration of ethanol, which can also be diluted with flow extract. It can be taken orally or externally

Tincture is simple to prepare and easy to store. However, there are more ethanol in the solvent, so there are some limitations in clinical application
