Product Description

Diatomite filter is suitable for clarification and filtration of fruit wine, Baijiu, health wine, wine, syrup, beverage, soy sauce, vinegar, and biological products, medicine, chemical industry and other liquid products.

Iso Filtration Water Purifier Alcohol Hepa Press Machine Beer Equipment Diatomite Filter Working principle:
Diatomite filtration refers to the coating filter with diatomite coating as the filter layer, which mainly uses mechanical screening to treat the water filtration process containing micro suspended solids. The core part of the filter is composed of filter screen, support net and outer frame. Each filter element is a tube with a hole as the skeleton, and the outer surface is wrapped with wire, and the wire is coated with diatomite coating. The filter element is fixed on the clapboard, and the upper and lower parts of the clapboard are the raw water chamber and the clean water chamber. The whole filtration cycle is divided into three steps: membrane spreading, filtration and backwashing. The thickness of filter membrane is generally 2-3mm, and the particle size of diatomite is 1-10 μ m. After filtration, water or compressed air or both are often used for backwashing. The advantages of diatomite filtration are good treatment effect, small flushing water volume and small floor area.
