Product Description

The automatic tube filling and sealing machine adopts a 12 station design, which can realize various folding packaging of metal pipes. The same machine can easily realize the packaging of plastic pipes and metal pipes by changing molds and accessories. It is an ideal equipment for filling and sealing the tail of aluminum tube, plastic tube and composite tube in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, adhesive and other industries, which conforms to GMP specifications.

The automatic tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used to filling ointment or viscous fluid materials into Aluminum tube, plastic tube or composite tube. And then seal the tubes tail. Which machine adopts a new type dosing pump with stainless steel butterfly valve which matches with screw tiny adjustment outfit. Measure exactitude also in compliance with the standard of GMP requirement. Adopt PLC program-able control as well as Photoelectricity identify outfit, orientation accurately and reliably, change frequency to control the machine speed.
 
Automatic tube filling and sealing machine Characteristic:
1. The unique filling volume servo control system of this machine can directly adjust the filling volume on the touch screen, which is convenient, accurate, stable and reliable.
2. Pneumatic buffer feeding tube and mechanical pressing tube are used to feed the cup, and the feeding tube is stable and reliable.
