Product Description

Liquid supply engineering: The liquid supply pump lifts the raw liquid in the temporary storage barrel to the metering tank inside the equipment. After the vacuum pressure in the equipment reaches the set value, it is sucked into the distillation kettle to complete the metering and liquid entry.

Distillation engineering: The equipment turns on the heat source (steam, heat pump, electromagnetic) to distill the water in the raw water in a reduced pressure environment of -80~90kpa and a boiling point of 45~55ºC, and condenses it into cleaner recycled water through the condenser. The scraper on the stirring shaft scrapes off the solids on the inner wall of the distillation kettle to prevent scaling.

Discharge engineering: The automatic control system detects and determines the state of the residue in the distillation kettle.When the set value is reached, it enters the discharge engineering, and the scraper on the stirring shaft rotates to discharge the residue.

1. High degree of automation: The equipment is operated in automatic batches, and personnel only need to conduct regular inspections without being on duty.
2. Customization of materials: Different materials of distillation kettles and condensers can be selected according to the
customer's water quality to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
3. Scraper descaling: There is an elastic scraper mechanism inside the distillation kettle. The equipment does not need to be descaled for long-term operation. The residue is discharged thoroughly, and the moisture content of the residue can be as low as 10~40%. High COD and high salt waste liquid can be crystallized and dried to obtain solids.
4. No consumables: The operating principle of the equipment is simple, and no consumables are generated in the applicable process. The operating costs are introduced.
5. Closed distillation environment: The distillation, condensation and other processes are all in a closed environment, and there is no secondary pollution of exhaust gas on site.
