Hemp Essential Oil Traditional Herbal Extraction Production Processing Machine is used the traditional herbal extraction machine tank to extract the hemp oil from the hemp leaf and flowers . it adopt the traditional herbal extraction machine process equipments process technology .

the main equipments of  Hemp Oil Traditional Herbal Extraction Production Processing Machine :
1). hemp grind machine : which is used to cut the hemp leaf ,stem or flower into small particle.then packed the small particle hemp raw material into small bags.

2)jacketed storage tank for the ethanol solvent : the storage tank  is double jacket strcture ,the inside shell charge  the ethanol solvent  ,the jacket of the storage tank circulate the low temperature chiller  ,it ican make inside ethanol solvent cool down  to reach as -60 degree celius.

3)extraction tank machine :feed the grind hemp raw material into the inside shell and the cold ethanol together ,then jacket keep in the low temperature via chiller  to get the required extraction solution 

4) filter system : the hemp oil & ethanol extractor solution will be filter ,the particle and the Chlorophyll color will be removed from  the extractor solution.

5) evaporator machine :which is used to evaporate the ethanol from the extractor solution ,which is used FFE or single effect evaporator .

6)decarbon reaction system : it is used to make the byproduct to transfer to hemp .

7)molecular distill system : which is used to separate the hemp oil with other by-product to get high purify hemp oil products.

8)purify machine -resin column and ultrafilter system 

9)crystallize machine 

10) solvent recovery system 

11)cooling system : low temperature Screw chiller to cooling the ethanol into low temperature.

12) steam system : it is used to afford the steam energy for the evaporator machine .

13) pipeline for the whole system .
