Product Description

Distillery Equipment is designed and built for distillery usage. which can achieve about 96% A.B.V. to produce neutral spirit and Vodka easily.
Distillery Equipment is equipped with copper helmet, gin basket. that can also use it to produce low degree A.B.V., such as gin, whiskey, brandy, rum etc.

Function for each component of Distillery Equipment:
1).Still pot: jacketed tank which can be heated by steam or electrical .also it can be equipped with agitator as optional;with the necessary accessory fittings.

2).Helmet/goose neck: it is an expansion chamber sitting on the top of the still pot. Vapor gas goes through a comparatively narrow channel, then goes into a big space of helmet. This process causes a sudden reduction of pressure,can make the high boiling temperature compound back to still pot,but the essential will be vapor out,This is very important for making alcohol with excellent taste.

3).Reflux column: the bubble cap plates trays are used for reflux continuous distilling in order to get higher concentration of alcohol.

4)Dephlegmator: the dephlegmator is the key to the whole still, without the deflegmator, it's very difficult to create reflux. This unit allows the cool water to condense your alcohol vapor as it passes through the multiple internal cooling tubes, allowing it to fall back to your column. Then the bubble cap plates can do their job which allows you to purify your ethanol to very high proof. It has inlet and oulet of cooling water.

5).Gin basket: the gin basket is for loading the spicy that produce flavor spirit that people like.

6).condenser: the vapor passing through the cooling tubes gets in touch with the cold water and exchange heat with each other. Then the vapor is condensed to liquid spirit.

Rum distiller
The organic combination of copper and stainless steel preserves the flavor of rum to the greatest extent. 16 section distillation column, can help us to obtain higher alcohol degree. The special stainless steel rum barrels are more distinctive, with three collection tanks to collect wines of different quality.

Gin distiller
GIN basket, made of laser cutting hole and T2 copper, is equipped with an organic glass case, which can directly see various internal conditions. The distillation pot and column are made of copper to ensure the quality of the wine. Shell USES fish wave plate, more beautiful.

Vodka distiller
The distiller is designed with a double column distillation column, a complete bracket, equipped with GIN basket, and can distil wines of different degrees and flavors. The highest alcohol level can reach about 96 degrees, which can greatly improve the purity of the wine. The three collection tanks are connected to the tower to facilitate wine collection.

Whiskey distiller
The new shape design meets all the needs of whisky production. It has GIN baskets and distills other flavors. The shallot continues the traditional shape design and achieves the best distillation effect.
