Pot distill is a special equipment for extracting spirits (such as gin ,whisky,rum brandy) from the wheat,barly, grapes or other fermented fruits mash by the method of discontinuous distillation. The treatment method can be set manually or automatically to extract different taste ,favor and ABV  alcohol with reasonable temperature, volatility, and to separate the head, middle and tail as required.
Equipment composite:
1.still pot:which is used to feed the mashed raw material liquid
2.distill column :which inside with the bubble tray and plate ,the structure affect the alcohol output degree (ABV) .the bubble cap plate are used for reflux continuous distilling in order to get higher concentration of alcohol and also can affect the output alcohol taste
3.helmet:it is on the top of the distill pot ,vapor gas goes through a comparatively narrow channel,then goes into a big space of helmet,this process causes a sudden reduction of pressure,can make the high boiling temperature compounding back to still pot again ,but the essential with alcohol will be vapor out ,this is very important for making alcohol with excellent taste
4.dephlegmator:it is the key to the whole distill column ,without the dephlegmator,it is very difficult to create reflux,alcohol vapor as it passes through the multiple cooling tubes ,allowing it to fall back to the distill column,then the bubble cap plates can purify the alcohol.
5.condenser :which is used to cooling the vapor alcohol to liquid spirit.the vapor passing through the cooling tubes gets in touch with the cold water and exchange heat with each other ,then the vapor is condensed to liquid
6.gin basket:the gin basket is for loading the spicy that produce favor spirit that for different taste flavors.
7.parrot unit: it is used to collect the distilled outlet alcohol product
8.pipeline and valve inside equipment.
9.CIP pump and pipeline
