What is Ultrasonic Microwave Extraction Equipment
Multifunctional Ultrasonic Microwave Extractor tank is used to extractor the essential oil or active ingredients from the
different raw material ,like herbal leaf ,root ,stem,fruit ,seed ,flower,bark,seafood ,animal bones&viscera etc.because it is
equipped with the ultrasonic microwave ultrasonic unit ,so compare with the common type extraction machine ,the effective result is much better
Working Principle
Multifunctional Ultrasonic Microwave extractor machine including the following unit : extractor tank ( equipped with the
Ultrasonic Microwave unit ),condenser(optional ) , sub-cooler (optional) ,oil/water separator,filter ,transfer pump and pipeline and control system .
Usage Scope
1. It can be used to break biological and plant cells;
2. It can be used for the extraction of biological and plant effective ingredients;
3. It can be used for low-temperature extraction of effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine;
4. It can be used for BCR element form extraction;
5. Low energy state can activate bacteria;
6. High energy state can kill live bacteria;
7. It can be used for aging processing of raw wine;
Mechanical effects of ultrasonic microwave:
1. Mechanical stirring. Ultrasonic high-frequency vibration and radiation pressure can form effective agitation and flow in gas and liquid. The strong jet and local micro-rush flow generated by the vibration of the cavitation bubble on the solid surface can significantly reduce the surface tension and friction of the liquid, and destroy the surface layer of the solid-liquid interface, thus reaching the level that ordinary low-frequency mechanical agitation cannot reach. Effect. This effect is the physical basis for the penetration of drugs, the introduction of beauty products into the skin, ultrasonic degassing, and the leveling and refinement of food and cosmetics.
2. Mutual diffusion. The pressure and high temperature effects of ultrasonic vibration and cavitation are used to promote
molecular interpenetration between two liquids, two solids, or liquid-solid and liquid-gas interfaces, forming new material properties. Ultrasonic welding of metals or plastics, phacoemulsification, cleaning, and atomization can be classified as such effects.
3. Homogenization. The local shock wave generated after the cavitation bubble is closed can crush the particles in the liquid to make it thin; make the crystal uniform; disperse large and uneven emulsion droplets into tiny uniform drugs (such as medical contrast agents, cancer treatment agents, etc.) ; It may even include the effects of dissolving thrombus.
4. Cohesion. Ultrasonic vibration can cause the suspended particles in the gas and liquid media to move at different speeds,increasing the chance of collision; or using standing waves to make them tend to the antinodes, so that a cohesion process occurs. The flue dust collection and artificial rainfall fall into this category.
5. Mechanical cutting effect. Due to the high acceleration of ultrasonic vibration and the acoustic corrosion effect of
cavitation, special precision machining of hard and brittle materials (jewels, ceramics, glass, magnetic steel, etc.) can be
carried out.
6. Mechanical crushing effect. The use of high-intensity ultrasound pulses can crush kidney stones and gallstones in the human body without damaging the soft tissues.
