Usage Scope:
Laboratory extraction and concentration machine is a combined unit of extraction and concentration, which is suitable for the extraction, concentration, ointment collection, percolation, volatile oil
extraction and alcohol recovery of heat sensitive materials such as plants, natural products , traditional Chinese herbal
medicine, food additives, etc. and it can meet the requirements of universities, scientific research institutions, hospitals, etc. as new drug extraction, determination of new technological parameters, intermediate test, new variety development, etc 

Laboratory extraction and concentration machine Working Principle :
Put the raw material materials into the extraction tank, add 5-10 times of the solvent solution, such as purified water or
ethanol, according to the solvent required in the extraction process.
and first open the steam valve of the extraction tank. After boiling for about 1 hour, open vacuum to pump the liquid medicine in the extraction tank into the evaporator heater, open the steam valve of the heater, it heat the extraction tank with the generated vapor, open the buffer water storage tank valve to condense the liquid from the vapor through the spray tank in the spray pipe at the top of the extraction tank, and cycle for 3-4 hours, Finally, close the steam valve of extraction tank and the heater, then collection the ointment

Laboratory extraction and concentration machine advantage:

Because the vapor is used as the heat source, the extraction and concentration are carried out at the same time, and the temperature of the reflux condensate is close to the boiling temperature in the extraction tank; In addition, polyurethane foam is used as thermal insulation layer, and the temperature and vacuum degree are automatically controlled. The steam of this unit can be saved by more than 50%.

6. High degree of automation. The temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level and concentration can be set and controlled automatically, with convenient operation and stable performance. 7. The heating concentrator can discharge and feed at the same time, so it is not easy to scale and coke. The specific gravity of concentrated liquid can reach 1.1-1.3.
