1. fresh milk → Collection in low temperature → filter → homogenization → pasteurization → cooling → adding the bacteria → fermenration → cooling →filling →CIP
2 milk powder +water → mixing → filter → homogenization → pasteurization → cooling → adding the bacteria → fermenration → cooling →filling →CIP
Dairy Yogurt Processing Production Line Machine including the following point
1.milk cooling tank : storage the fresh milk
2.milk mixing tank : used to mix the milk powder with water homogenizer
3.Filtering: filtering hair impurities, etc.
4.Homogenization: Smash fat globules in milk, prevent fat globules from floating, and provide product quality and taste.
5.Sterilization: pasteurize reconstituted milk by pasteurization or high temperature sterilization to improve food safety level and extend shelf life.
6.Cooling: reduce the milk temperature to a suitable temperature for fermentation.
7.Ingredients: raw milk with a certain proportion of sugar and bacteria.
8.Fermentation: put the milk into the yoghurt machine for fermentation (old yoghurt), put the milk into the fermentation tank for fermentation (liquid yoghurt), 35-45 degrees, 6-8 hours for fermentation (according to the process requirements).
9.Refrigeration: refrigerate the processed dairy products.
10.Filling: use semi-automatic double head bottle filling.
11.Cleaning: after the whole operation, CIP cleaning is needed for the equipment
