Tomato sauce production line
the complete equipments for manufacturing tomato paste are the special machines for the process of washing, crushing, pre-heating, refining, concentration, sterilization and aseptic filling etc. Trio win line management enables the control and regulation of the whole ketchup production line under high automatic and efficiency.
tomato sauce Production Line is composed of raw fruit lift system, cleaning system, separate and pick system, crushing system, preheat enzyme destroy system, pulping system, vacuum concentrate system, sterilization system and asepsis big bag filling system.

 tomato sauce processing equipment is suitable for stable production of 28-30%, 30-32% high viscosity (viscosity for 3 to 5) tomato sauce, fresh tomato processing capacity from 10 tons per day until 50 tons/day.

Characteristics of tomato sauce Production Line
1.Tomato sauce solid content is more than 4.0%.
2.After pre-cooking broken to seed's tomato raw stock quickly heated to 85 ºC ~ 90 ºC, to reduce the pectin enzyme belong lactobionic acid enzyme activity, free of the pectic substances depreciate degeneration, and reduce the paste viscosity and coating.
3.The enrichment paste must be heated to 90 ºC ~ 95 ºC and then canning, container with plastic bags, glass bottles, tin cans and toothpaste form existing shape plastic tube with a plastic cup or toothpaste, tomato sauce as spices to packaging. Immediately after the canning exhaust seal.
4.Tomato paste production line starts from washing, sorting, crushing, pre-heating, pulping, concentration, sterilizing, filler.

2.Evaporator is using controlled circulation, make the viscosity larger tomato sauce easy to flow evaporation and concentration time is short.
3.Evaporator evaporation temperature is low, full use of heat, tomato paste is heated warm, heated evenly in the tube, high coefficient of heat transfer; it can prevent the phenomenon of "dry wall".
4.It use special structure condenser and it can normal operation under the condition of cooling water temperature 30 ºC or higher situation.
5.Continuous front-rear, fluid level and the required concentration can be realized automatic control.
