Stainless Steel High Quality Jacketed Crystallizer Reactor Tank   used to perform a chemical reaction, distillation, crystallization, mixing, and isolation of materials etc. in ,food ,sea water  ,waste water ,API manufacturing facility,  chemical industry,  etc.
 

Advantages: 1: The ratio of the total cross section of the heating tube to the cross section of the falling liquid can reach 2, so the convection circulation is good; 2: It is easy to unload sugar; 3: The condensate water is completely discharged; 4: The forced circulation crystallizer improves the heat transfer coefficient and evaporation intensity, and accelerates the crystallization speed. Overview of crystallizer crystallizer (seed tank, fermentation tank, enzymolysis tank) is widely used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, bioengineering and other industries. The tank body and upper and lower heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished by mirror, and the finish RA ≤ 0.4 μ m. There is no hygiene dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented without pollution. The equipment is equipped with air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, sight glass and other devices. Pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological products fermentation tanks adopt aseptic system to avoid and prevent the pollution of microorganisms in the air, greatly extending the retention period and purity of your products. We specially design and install aseptic breathing hole or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system on the tank. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced for circulating heating and cooling. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, insulation is made of polyurethane foam or pearl cotton, and the outer surface is frosted and Matt, which meets GMP standard. Stainless Steel High Quality Jacketed Crystallizer Reactor Tank  is specially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with flameproof electrical motor. Agitator is used for proper mixing, eddy formation, Vortex formation as per requirement. Agitator types are decided based on process requirement.
