Product Description

Vacuum Ball Type Evaporator With Scraper Agitator Mixer is used for concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvent in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Due to the use of reduced pressure concentration, the concentration time is short, and the effective composition of heat sensitive materials will not be damaged.also it is equipped with the scraper agitator ,which use the PTFE scraper in the inside surface of tank shell to make the product not burn into the wall .

Vacuum Ball Type Evaporator With Scraper Agitator Mixer is mainly used for heat sensitive material low temperature vacuum concentration,also used for recovery the solvent from the raw material solution.
The contact parts of the equipment and materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, durability and conforms to GMP standard.

The concentrator tank is of jacketed structure, the condenser is of tubular type, the separator is of baffled separation type, and the cooler is of serpentine type. Vacuum distillation, in order to reduce the pressure of liquid surface and make the boiling point of liquid material correspondingly lower, because liquid distillation is carried out fastest at the boiling point, so the vacuum degree is adjusted by the user according to the heat sensitivity of liquid material.

When using the ball typel concentrator, open the vacuum port and feeding port valve, pump the liquid into the tank. When the liquid level in the tank reaches a certain height, close the feeding valve, and slowly open the steam inlet valve.

After boiling the liquid in the tank for several minutes, pay attention to maintain the steam pressure and vacuum program at that time (or control the temperature to make the boiling normal). The distilled liquid passes through the separator, and part of it flows back to the main tank.

The non condensable part is condensed into liquid through the condenser and enters the receiving barrel for charging or discharging. After concentration, close the vacuum port and steam port valve, and open the vent (i.e. straight nozzle plug valve) for discharging under normal pressure.

1. Polishing:
   Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
   Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
   Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
   Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.

   Our argon central system for welding provides 100% pure argon to protect tanks from distorting during welding

Under normal circumstances, we will use PE wrapping film for part of the product, then use wooden case packaging, or according to the special requirements of the customer packaging;If exported to European countries, we will fumigate the wooden cases.
