Product Description

Introduction of apple pear pulp and juice production line
1. Raw material selection. Choose apples,pear etc that are moderately ripe and fresh.
2. Cleaning and sorting. Rinse the selected fruit in a running sink. If there are residual pesticides on the epidermis, use 0.5%-1% dilute hydrochloric acid or 0.1-0.2% detergent for immersion, and then rinse with strong water spray. Sorting and removing rot while cleaning
fruit.
3.Broken. Crush the apples ,pear etc with crushing and juicing unit, with consistent particle size and moderate crushing. After crushing, it is processed with a pulper to make the particles finer and improve the juice extraction rate.
4. Fine filter. Filtration is carried out with a high-precision sieving filter.
5. Sugar and acid adjustment. Add sugar and acid to maintain the sugar-acid ratio of the juice at 18:1--20:1, the sugar content of the finished product is 12%, and the acidity is 0.4%. The soluble solids content in apple juice is 15%--16%.
6. Degassing. Clear juices can be degassed if concentration is not required.
7. Sterilization. The juice is rapidly heated to above 90 ºC and maintained for a few seconds to achieve the purpose of high temperature instantaneous sterilization.
8. Filling. Quickly fill the sterilized juice into sterilized cartons, glass bottles or tin cans and seal while hot. After sealing, quickly cool to 38°C so as not to destroy the nutrients of the juice.
