Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor Vessel Chemical Pressure Crystallizer Tank : It is a jacketed Crystallizing reactor tank ,which jacket can be design as Single full Jacket/limpet coil jacket,which is used for maintaining reaction conditions by providing utilities like steam, chilled water, cooling water, chilled brine and hot water. raw material Solids  are charged into reactor through Manhole/ Nozzles manually and liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through manhole. the inside shell equipped with the different type sensor ,like the PH sensor ,conductivity meter ,load cell sensor ,flow meter etc to control the reactor crystallizing parameter .
top mounted the anchor type agitator to mixing inside solution homgenizers , Solution or slurry is discharged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump, through bottom discharge valve.

We specially design and install aseptic breathing hole or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system on the tank. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced for circulating heating and cooling. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, insulation is made of polyurethane foam or pearl cotton, and the outer surface is frosted and Matt, which meets GMP standard.
