Product Description
Milk fermentation tank is widely used in dairy industry, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage and other industrial departments toheat, cool, insulate sterilization processing or store slurry. Especially suitable for the pasteurized milk, and is the necessary equipment in ice cream production line.
Fermentation tank is adopt in all the food industry making plants for blending. The agitator can be mounted on top or on side shell.
The top can be conical or flat with hinged cover. Cooling/heating jacket is optional as required. Capacity can be from 1000L to 20,000L.
It is made of sanitary grade stainless steel. This material contains no toxic elements, has good strength and good resistance to corrosion and rust. The Tank has excellent sealing performance as all welded parts are polished smoothly. And this product is equipped with automatic spray cleaning machine, so it is easy to clean.
