Solution Preparation System can be used for the different fields ,like the SOLUTION PREPARATION field which can be used in the low viscosity solution like infusion solution ,injection solution ,eye drop solution ,syrup solution ,oral liquid,vaccine,lotion etc ,in the cosmetic field ,it can be used for the cream ,ointment ,hand sterilizer etc ,for the food field ,it can be used for the juice process machine ,milk cooling tank ,beverage preparation etc .also can be used for the chemical field ,like the solvent blend -ethanol ,methanol ,acetone etc .
In the pharmaceutical field ,the Stainless Steel Jacketed Solution Preparation Blend Mixing Tank is used to WFI water with Pharmaceutical API together according to the technological proportions. Which can be used in the infusion water ,injection solution etc ,the tank is designed company with CIP/SIP system ,can be PLC automatic control the whole production process .
Solution Preparation System can be standardized and humanized according to the requirements of production process. In the mixing process, it can realize the feed control, discharge control, mixing control and other manual and automatic control.
Solution Preparation System is composed of mixing tank body, upper and lower heads, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. heating device or cooling device or metering device can also be configured according to process requirements.

1.manufacturing tank :it can used the bottom mounted magnetic type mixing tank or can use the top mounted agitator mixing tank ( depend on the room height requirement or process requirement)
manufacturing tank structure and character:
1)Volume can produce from 20L ---10000L.
2)Material we can use SS304 and SS316L. etc.
3) tank can be single layer ( if without need heating or cooling in the process ) ,also can made jacket type mixing tank ( jacket type can be heating by steam or electrical type )
4) top mounted agitator (optional)-choose as the product character : propeller type ,anchor type ,high shear emulsify type and scraper type etc.
5) Bottom mounted agitator (optional)-choose as the product character : magnetic agitator ,high shear emulsifying agitator.
6) mixing tank nozzle (optional) :Tank can be equipped with manhole (handhole ) ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level gauge indicator/ level sensor ,temperature gauge /sensor ,pressure gauge /sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve ,nitrogen/compressor air gas inlet ,sight glass ,sight light . etc.
7) Tank vessel can be equipped CIP/SIP online optional.
8) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.
2.transfer pump (optional) :(if the product transfer by vacuum or compressor air ,it donot need the transfer pump ,if use the transfer pump to transfer product ,according to the product viscosity ,it can be used sanitary centrifuge pump ( for low viscosity product ), or lobe pump ( high viscosity product ) and homogenize pump etc.
