The process nozzles mainly include manholes, inlets, outlets, sight glass, sight lights, vent filter, CIP (equipped with sanitary universal cleaning balls), SIP ports, sterile sampling ports, thermometers, temperature sensors, jacket inlets and outlets.(Nozzle size and opening position shall be provided according to process requirements.)

6) Bottom mounted agitator: magnetic agitator ,high shear emulsifying agitator.
7) Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc.
8) Optional for the mixing tank nozzle :Tank can be equipped with manhole (handhole ) ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level guage indicator/ level sensor ,temperature gauge /sensor ,pressure gauge /sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve ,nitrogen/compressor air gas inlet ,sight glass ,sight light . etc.
9) Tank vessel can be rquipped CIP/SIP online optional.
10) control panel :PLC /HMI automatic control or common button control .
11) control panel functions: control the heating temperature PID ,level displayer ,temperature displayer ,pressure displayer ,speed adjustable ,sight light on/off etc.
12) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.
