Product Description

A still is an apparatus for separating substances by distillation. In ancient China, it was generally used in alchemy, making
soju, steaming toilet water and so on. Different uses have different forms and origins.

Red copper has good resistance to acid in wine, in the heating process, copper and butyric acid, caproic acid, caprylic acid,
caproic acid, mallow acid, acid and other forms of insoluble copper salt, so as to remove the acid with bad flavor, can improve the quality of brandy. A distiller made of glass or stainless steel simply cannot achieve the same effect. In addition, copper has good thermal conductivity and is the catalyst for some esterification reactions. T2 red copper is used in all the contact parts of liquor and brandy condensate in the distillation equipment for skin residue produced by our company to ensure the full contact between wine and red copper. T2 red copper up to 99.60% copper content, to ensure the superior performance of the material, the use of its production of distillation equipment distilled brandy mellow taste, full of fragrance, is a high indicator of good brandy. The thermal conductivity of stainless steel is worse than that of copper
