Vacuum low temperature belt dryer is a kind of continuous feeding and continuous discharging vacuum drying equipment. The liquid raw materials are delivered to the dryer through the feed pump, and distributed on the conveyor belt through the distributor. Through high vacuum, the boiling point temperature of the materials is reduced. The water content of the liquid raw materials directly rises to Huawei gas. The conveyor belt runs at a constant speed on the heating plate. Through the operation of the conveyor belt, from the front Evaporate, dry to the cooling discharge at the back end, the temperature range is from high to low, which can be adjusted according to the material characteristics. The discharge end is equipped with a specific vacuum pulverizing device to achieve the finished products with different particle sizes.
