Sanitary High Performance Tomato Milk Processing Vacuum Pressure Evaporator Tank is used for concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvent in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Due to the use of reduced pressure concentration, the concentration time is short, and the effective composition of heat sensitive materials will not be damaged.

Sanitary High Performance Tomato Milk Processing Vacuum Pressure Evaporator Tank is mainly used for heat sensitive material low temperature vacuum concentration,also used for recovery the solvent from the raw material solution.

The contact parts of the equipment and materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, durability and conforms to GMP standard.

The concentrator tank is of jacketed structure, the condenser is of tubular type, the separator is of baffled separation type, and the cooler is of serpentine type. Vacuum distillation, in order to reduce the pressure of liquid surface and make the boiling point of liquid material correspondingly lower, because liquid distillation is carried out fastest at the boiling point, so the vacuum degree is adjusted by the user according to the heat sensitivity of liquid material.

When using the ball typel concentrator, open the vacuum port and feeding port valve, pump the liquid into the tank. When the liquid level in the tank reaches a certain height, close the feeding valve, and slowly open the steam inlet valve.

After boiling the liquid in the tank for several minutes, pay attention to maintain the steam pressure and vacuum program at that time (or control the temperature to make the boiling normal). The distilled liquid passes through the separator, and part of it flows back to the main tank.

The non condensable part is condensed into liquid through the condenser and enters the receiving barrel for charging or discharging. After concentration, close the vacuum port and steam port valve, and open the vent (i.e. straight nozzle plug valve) for discharging under normal pressure.

Ball type vacuum concentrator including the following unit :ball type concentrator tank ( whether equipped with the agitator ,it can be choosen by production process ),condenser ,sub-cooler ,water/gas separator ,collection tank and pipeline .
