Structure: 
Lab scale vacuum emulsifying machine include emulsifying mixer tank ,oil phase tank ,water phase tank , vacuum system, hydraulic system, electric control system etc.The detail requirement should be according to customer' requirement.
1. Emulsify mixer tank:
Structure: With three-layer structure, upper and lower end . The upper end  is connected to the tank body with flange between them.In the mixer tank, there are three mixers:
1.1 high share emulsify mixer: 0-2900 rpm (frequency control optional)
1.2 Low-speed frame type scraping mixer: 10-40 rpm (frequency control optional)
1.3 Attached units of the tank: Liquid feed inlet, temperature sensor, CIP cleaning ball etc
1.4 three layers structure ,jacket can be heating by steam or electrical
2. Pre-treatment tank:(OPTIONAL)
1.1 oil phase tank and water phase tank
1.2 Structure: open (half-open) type, with mixer.
