for the Stevioside And stevia Polyphenols Ingredents ,due to it is two different character,so it need use the different extracting methods to get it ,so for the pparmaceutical or food company ,they should know what is their main product ,then they choose the right exracting method and equipments according .

1. Stevioside extracts : It's a natural low calorie sweetener. Stevioside has a calorific value of only 1/300 of sucrose. It is not absorbed by human body and does not generate heat. It is a sweetener for diabetics and obese patients. When stevioside is mixed with sucrose, fructose or isomerized sugar, its sweetness and taste can be improved. It can be used for candy, pastry, beverage, solid beverage, fried snack, seasoning and preserves.

 as the tradtional methods,the Stevioside extracts used the water based extraction process  ,it need the following equipments and methods 
1.1) multifunctional extraction tank : which can be load the Stevia leaf and water ,the stevia soaked in the water ,then heating for the boiling and control the boliding temperature and extracting time  ,after reaching the process requirement ,then the extraction solution outlet 
1.2)  transfer pump and press filter : which can transfer the stevioside extraction solution to the storage and also can fitter the particle/stevia leaf at the same time ,the filter press paper material can choose according to the process requirement 
1.3)stevioside extraction solution storage tank : which can keep the filtered stevioside extraction solution .which outside have the insulation layer can keep the worker operation safety .
1.4)evaporator machine : which is used to remove the water from the stevoside extraction solution to get much high solid content .as usual it need work under vacuum ,evaporate in the low temperature ,can keep the stevioside solution color and taste in the origin. according to the different capacity ,we can use the single effect evaporator ,double effect evaporator  and multiple evaporator etc.
1.5) purify machine : due to the water based extraction process ,there will be have lots byproducts in the stevioside extraction solution ,so it need purfiy machine to remove the byproduct. as ususal ,it is used the solvent sediment tank and ion resin column equipments 
1.6) solvent recovery system  : due to the purify process ,there will be some solvent caused ,so we need use the solvent recovery system to make these solvent reuse again for the next batch 
1.7) vacuum scraper concentrator : which used to remove the water in the stevioside  extraction solution  abd can get he stevioside in much  higher  visocisty product 
1.8) vacuum dryer or spray dryer : to get the stevioside  powder solid
