The components of Electrical Heat Small Scale Pilot Plant Mutifunctional Herbal Extraction And Evaporator Machine  can be divided into  the follow units and functions

1.multifunctional extraction tank: it is a jacketed type extraction tank ,which jacket can be equipped the electrical heater to heat the thermal oil or the hot water  to make inside raw material product with water /solvent boiling .the extraction tank can equipped the agitator mixer  for optional . 
 also the extractor tank have the pneumatic residue material discharge door ,so it can save the labor to make the herbal residue outlet. 

2.condenser/ sub-cooler : it is used the shell and tube type condenser ,which can make the vapor solvent or the vapor essential oil can condensate and can be outlet ,the design for the condenser without dead corner ,can make the product outlet completely .

3.oil/water  separator:it is a special design unit  for the essential oil ,the material we use the glass and stainless steel ,it can fit to the GMPs requirement ,also can be operated easily . it can separate the oil and water and can drain the water and recovery the essential oil .

4.filter-pipe filter ,it is a simple pipe filter which is used to filter the solid particle ,and can be remove and washed easily ,so it is convenient for the operators 

5.pipeline inside eqipments : which we all use the stainless steel tube and sanitary valve ,so the whole system without dead corner and fit to GMPs/FDA standard .

6.control system : we adopt the explosion-proof control panel ,which is used to control the heater to PID temperature controller for the extraction tank and evaporator tank  ,also can control the system transfer pump ,vacuum pump on/off  etc

 It can be designed and manufactured according to different requirements of users,for the differen working process in the different production field . is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, plant, food, biology, light chemical industry, such as atmospheric pressure, pressure, decompression, extraction, warm soak,  percolation, aromatic oil separation and organic solvent recovery.

1). For water based extraction: water charge from the water inlet nozzle and herbal raw material are put into the manhole of extraction tank and start to electrical heater in the jacket . After the inside shell tank exraction solution boiling, reduce the electrical heater quantity  and keep the extraction solution boiling inside tank for keep the required extracting time .at the same time , the cooling water should charge and circulation inside the condenser ,to make the vapor condensate and turn back to the  extraction tank again.
the extraction solution will transfer to the storage tank  by the pump ,after that the extraction tank can make the 2nd time extracting again or can do the 2nd batch raw material . 
the evaporate tank will absorb the extraction solution from the stoage tank and the electricla heater in the jacket of the evaporator tank and start concentration to remove the water outlet in the vacuum condition ,the final extraction product will outlet from the concentration tank .  

2). For solvent extraction: the herbal and solvent should be charged  into  the tank ( same as above ) ,
start to electrical heater in the jacket . After the inside shell tank exraction solution boiling, reduce the electrical heater quantity and keep the extraction solution boiling inside tank for keep the required extracting time .at the same time , the cooling water should charge and circulation inside the condenser ,to make the vapor condensate and turn back to the extraction tank again.
the extraction solution will transfer to the storage tank by the pump ,after that the extraction tank can make the 2nd time extracting again or can do the 2nd batch raw material .
the evaporate tank will absorb the extraction solution from the stoage tank and the electricla heater in the jacket of the evaporator tank and start concentration to remove the solvent outlet in the vacuum condition or the vapor solvent will back to the extractor tank for the 2nd extracting process solvent  ,the final extraction product will outlet from the concentration tank .
