Product Description

working principle:
The working principle of colloid mill is shear, grinding and high-speed stirring. Grinding depends on the relative movement of two tooth surfaces. One of the base rotates at high speed and the other is stationary, so that the materials passing between the tooth surfaces are subjected to great shear force and friction force. At the same time, under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, the materials can be effectively dispersed, emulsified, crushed and homogenized.

Structural features:
The crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding areas, the first level is the coarse grinding area, the second level is the fine grinding area, and the third level is the ultra-fine grinding area.

According to different material properties and processing requirements, a variety of grinding teeth are designed, which can
effectively achieve the required ultra-fine grinding effect at one time.
