Product Description

Countercurrent extraction tank  machine is a new developed extractor machine by our company.This machine have the advantages of providing a method of dynamic counter current extraction of herbal medicine extractor tank group, which is labor-saving, energy-saving, consumption-reducing, short extraction period, high yield.

The technical effect is that the traditional single extraction tank is replaced by the extractor tank-group extraction, and the
traditional static extraction process is replaced by the dynamic counter current extraction in each extraction process. Therefore, the number of extractor tank can be flexibly combined according to the needs of the extraction and production of traditional herbal medicine, and the concentration gradient of solid and liquid phases can be effectively utilized to increase the temperature difference and raise the extraction rate. The extraction speed increases the concentration of the extract and shortens the extraction period.

Countercurrent extraction tank  machine Working principle :
It is assumed that several extraction tanks are connected to each other to form a series of extracton tanks ,the herbal materiala in each tank are in turn new-loaded herbal materials ,after extraction,the fresh solvent is added to the last tank .the other tanks are successively filled with the extract transferred from the next tank for extraction.the extract is eventually discharged from the front tank ,then the final extract tank discharges to the residue and loads the new herbal into the first extractor tank,so the circular extraction is carried out.

Countercurrent method is a method for continuous and sufficient contact extraction of medicinal materials and solvents by moving in the opposite direction in the leaching container.The equipment is an efficient continuous dynamic countercurrent extractor. The continuous countercurrent extraction equipment is a combination of dynamic extraction, countercurrent extraction and decoction extraction. While retaining the advantages of many traditional processes, it creates many advantages that these traditional processes cannot achieve: fast extraction speed, sufficient extraction of effective components, high extraction yield, less solvent consumption, high concentration of liquid medicine, reduction of evaporation and concentration and other subsequent processing technologies, medicine in drum, etc The moving speed of the material particles can be adjusted, so that the extraction time can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the medicinal materials. The medicinal materials can be extracted in a mild dynamic environment. The heating temperature is low, and the effective ingredients are less damaged, so that the impurity content in the medicinal solution is less, which belongs to continuous production and has large processing capacity.
