Usage scope :
Stainless Steel 304/316L Distill Flower Essenstial Aroma Oil Extractor And Concentration Machine is widely used to extract  the  various raw materia ,like the green tea ,data ,fruit , animal bone,organ viscera and also can be used to distill flower essenstial aroma oil ,also used for the raw material which is not fit to the traditional herbal  extraction machine etc .

Stainless Steel 304/316L Distill Flower Essenstial Aroma Oil Extractor And Concentration Machine composition :
1. jacketed pressure extraction tank : which jacketed can be heating by steam or electrical thermal oil  ,the jacket pressure can be done as end user's processing requirement data . also jacketed can be cooling by the chiller or water ;inside shell can bear vacuum and positive pressure ( as usual the working pressure should less than 2bar ,due to the open gate is locked by the pneumatic cylinder ) 
2.top end open system : the extraction tank top end can be designed for the bolts type ( manual open ) or penumatic type ( open by the compressor air ) 
3.material charge feeding basket : it is made by the Stainless steel 304 and 316L material ,which fil to the pharmaceutical and food grade . the basket strcture is made by the preforated plate ,the bottom end of the shell of basket with the small holes ,which can made the feeding raw material touch the water or solvent or steam equally ,also due to the hole size is small ,can avoid the raw material leakage to the tank .so this material charge feeding basket is the core component for this kind extractor tank.
4.the basket have the bucket which can be lift by the hoist easily and stably when feeding the raw material and discharge the residue material . 
5.condenser :condenser is used to condensate the vapor water /solvent back to the extraction tank to make the inside pressure in stable status ,without overpressure . also the condenser is used to condensate the essential aroma oil .
6.water/oil separator : which is used for the steam distill essenstial oil process ,this is used to separate the essential oil and water to collect the essential oil products and drain the water .
7.duplex filter ; it is used to filter the particle or raw material in the extraction solution to get the clean product. 
8.transfer pump : it is used to recycle irculation the extraction solution back to the extraction tank  for the extraction completely purpose and also used to transfer the products to the storage tank.
9.Basket type extractor machine is a new developed extractor machine,the extractor tank top end can open and close by the pneumatic cylinder for the raw material feeding basket take off and feed in.
10.Basket type extractor machine can take the raw material from the top end by stainless steel basket ,the extractot solution can discharge form the tank bottom outlet nozzle.
11.Basket type extractor tank including the following unit : pressure type extractor tank (top can be open/closed by the pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder ),raw material feeding stainless steel basket ,condenser ,sub-cooler,oil/water separator ,filter ,pump and pipeline,control panel etc .

Basket type extractor machine compare with the traditional multifunctional extractor machine ,Basket type extractor tank have the following advantage :
1) Inside shell can be bear high pressure and high temperature ,so it can save the extractor time .
2) After extracting ,the residue raw material can be take out with the basket together from the top head of the extractor tank ,so it can avoid the raw material block the outlet nozzle of the solution discharge .
3) Flowers, pulps, and raw materials containing mucus are prone to blockage of filters and difficulties in discharge extracting solution during traditional extraction. this device places raw material materials in a basket, effectively avoiding the above phenomena.
4) Fine powder particle can be packaged in a cloth bag then put the cloth bag into the basket to extractor ,after extracting ,the bag with fine powder particle can take out completely ,so it also fit the fine powder particle material.
5)Easy to realize feeding ,automatic slagging.
6).due to the top open ,so there is no static pressure of the liquid and herb to the discharge gate ,so the discharge gate will not easy deformation ,leakge in long time.
7)stainless steel basket with small holes,liquid can flow out quickly and smoothly ,so not easy to block the solution outlet
8).if the raw material is fine powder,so the raw material can ba packed into the cloths bags firstly then into the basket ,so it will not make the find powder into the solution to avoid the filter and outlet issue .
9) it is suitable for the aromal oil distill for the flower ,leaf etc raw material ,the raw material can be load into the basket ,the bottom of the tank can use the steam distill directly ,can get the essential oil in good effective.
