Usage scope:
Steam Distill Lavender Chamomile Mint Rose Flowers Essential Oil Extraction Machine means it is using the steam distill extraction machine  equipment to extract the aroma essential oil  from the herbal raw material like the flowers Rose, Osmanthus fragrans, wild chrysanthemum, lavender, wormwood, Chimonanthus praecox, Sophora japonica, mint, Jasmine,chamomile etc.

Steam direct distill extraction method : 
First add the flower into the extraction tank, the steam distill the inside flower raw material directly, the steam take the essential oil outlet and vapor , then use the condenser to condensate the vapored water with essential oil ,then use the water/oil separator unit to collect the essential oil and drain the water 

Essential oil extraction machine including the following units:
1) extraction distiller tank :it can use the multifucntional tradition extraction tank ,which have the double jacketed strcture ,top equipped with manhole cover for the flowers material loading ,bottom with the pneumatic discharge door gate . 
  it is also can use the basket type extraction tank  ,which flowers raw material can charge into the feeding basket ,then load the basket into the extraction tank ,after extraction ,the residue material in the basket will can be take out too .

2) condenser : shell and tube type condenser material 
3) sub-cooler : coil type sub-cooler 
4) water /oil separator : it can be used to collect the essential 
5) pipeline and valve for the system
