Product Description

Machine composite
Double effect concentrator is including the following units first effect heating tank,first effect evaporator tank ,second effect heating tank ,second effect evaporator tank ,gas/water separator,condenser ,sub-cooler , collection tank .and pipeline .
Usage
Double effect concentrator is suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials such as glucose, wine making, starch, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy products,etc.

Working principle
The secondary steam generated by the first effect evaporation and concentration is used as a heat source again, and introduced into another effect concentrator, and the PLC intelligent automatic control system is used to control the pressure and the boiling point of the solution in the double effect concentrator, so that it can be appropriately reduced, and the second effect can be used. The secondary steam produced by the first-effect evaporator is heated. The condensation place of the first effect evaporative concentrator is the heating place of the second effect concentrator.

Characteristic

3. Double effect concentrator adopts double effect evaporation at the same time. The full utilization of the secondary steam not only saves the investment of the boiler, but also saves the energy consumption. Compared with the single effect concentrator, the energy consumption is reduced by 50%.
4. Double effect concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure mode, with fast evaporation speed and large concentration ratio. The liquid material has no foam concentration in the full sealing, and the concentrated liquid produced by the equipment has no pollution and strong flavour. Easy to clean.
