still pot is used to heat liquor, mash or fermented grains by jacketed heating medium, Due to the different volatility of various substances contained in them, the relative content of various substances is different in steam and liquor during heating distillation. Alcohol (ethanol) is more volatile, the concentration of alcohol in the steam generated after heating increases, while the concentration of alcohol in liquor or mash decreases. Collect wine gas and cool it to get liquor.

1).still pot is a jacketed tank ,which can be heating by steam or electrical etc.

3).still pot tank top can equipped with the agitator if the process necessary .

5).still pot can connected with other equipments ,like the condenser ,collection tank etc to make a whole still pot system.which can be used to distill the rum ,vodka ,brandy ,gin etc.

Distillation pot unit is a new distillation and purification equipment developed by our company. It is used for distillation and
purification of wine, blueberry wine, carambola wine, jujube wine, persimmon wine, apple wine and other fruit wine as well as liquor. It can be controlled manually to extract high-purity alcohol with reasonable temperature, volatility, and can separate the head, middle and tail as required. Its appearance is beautiful and durable. It is used by many wineries. 
Red copper has a good resistance to the acid in wine. In the process of heating, copper forms insoluble copper salt with butyric acid, caproic acid, caprylic acid, solanoic acid, Yuedu acid, etc., so as to remove the acid with bad flavor and improve the quality of brandy. The distiller made of glass or stainless steel can not achieve the same effect. In addition, red copper has good thermal conductivity and is the catalyst of some esterification reactions.
