Product Description
The continuous distiller is also called tower distiller. The definition of tower distiller is very simple. The internal structure is divided by many distillation plates, with 15 layers less and 42 layers more. They are generally cylindrical in shape.

Advantages: distillers can also be shaped into various shapes, however, they share some similar characteristics: (1) heat source - the tower type distiller is heated at the bottom, generally through the injection of steam or through the heat exchanger driven by steam, which is called "reboiler". (2) three ways to promote reflux. First, some distillers are equipped with top condensers. Second, the alcohol solution in some distillers will be preheated through pipes between distillation plates. Third, some distillers pour the obtained spirits back into distillers to promote reflux. (3) analyzer and rectifier - continuous distillation includes two stages similar to batch distillation. First, the volatile part is separated from most of the water and non-volatile substances. The volatile part is then rectified. Generally, each stage is carried out in their respective towers. The first stage is carried out in a tower called "separator", and the second stage is called "distiller". This can also be done in a large single tower, just imagine a distiller on top of a separator. Distill pot can use steam or electrical heating ,the pot can equipped with the agitator and necessary fittings. |
