Product Description
high shear dispersing emulsifier effectively, quickly and evenly disperse a phase or usually, there phases are dissolvable to each other. The rotor revolves quickly and strong force is produced through high tangent speed and high frequency mechanical effect ,therefore ,the material in the narrow slot among stator and rotor receives strong forces from mechanical and liquid shearing ,centrifugal force, pressing ,liquid fraction, clashing ,tearing and rush water .The dissolvable solid ,liquid and gas material is then instantly dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely with better production procedures and appropriate additives and finally products with stable high quality are made.
High-shear dispersion emulsifier uses high-speed rotating shear wheels and static shear wheels to fully and quickly emulsify, homogenize and disperse the mixture in the tank. It's widely used in food, beverages, bio pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, pigments and other industries.The mixing and emulsifying improve production efficiency and material quality, especially for non-soluble additives such as glue and powder.
The machine is compact, small in size, light in weight, easy to operate, low in noise and stable in operation. It is characterized by non-abrasive materials in production, integrating high-speed shear, mixing, dispersion and homogeneity.
The high-shear emulsifier head adopts a claw and two-way suction structure, which avoids the deadlock angle and whirlpool caused by the difficulty of inhaling the upper material. Under the strong centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotor, the material is sheared from the narrow and precise gap between the rotors, so that the material can be quickly dispersed, mixed and emulsified.
