Product Description

New Product Sterilizing Automatic Juice Pasteurizer Plate Type Uht Sterilizer is mainly composed of a tank, a stirring device, a heating device, a base, a circulating water pump, a circulating water circuit and a refrigeration device. The tank has a stirring device that can evenly heat the milk. The pasteurized fruit juice or milk produced by the bus sterilizer is limited. The active ingredients in fresh juice are preserved to ensure the nutrition of the juice is fresh and original.

Specially designed for fruit particles and high viscosity The HT326 system is specially designed for processing products with high viscosity or with fruit particles of up to 7mm in size. This requires selecting different pump, piping and heat exchangers. The HT326 is supplied with scraped surface heat exchangers (SSHE) with a large inlet and outlet to process large particles. You can combine the SSHE with our HT220 or HT320 systems for particles of less than 4mm in size. For larger fruit particles, we advise using a dedicated process system.
