Mash Tank working principle:
The principle of mash tank is to put the dissolved substance and cold water in the pot, and steam is introduced into the interlayer to achieve the purpose of heating, melting and boiling. The pipeline connected with the mezzanine is equipped with a pressure gauge into the safety valve, so as to measure the pressure in the mezzanine and ensure safe production.
Mash Tank Characteristic:
1). The mashing liquid is sent out by the plate cooler through the thick slurry pump after boiling through the lifting blade of the mashing tank, the mixing reducer, the inlet and outlet, the sterile respirator, the temperature automatic control device and the automatic CIP cleaning.
2). This unit is optional from manual type, semi-automatic type and full-automatic type, manufactured by SUS304.
3). It has the advantages of convenient operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, good heat preservation performance, convenient cleaning, etc. the outside of the tank body is treated with stainless steel wire drawing, and the surface is beautiful and generous.
Mash Tank Structure:
1). The product is composed of manhole, sterile respirator, thermometer (can be configured according to the customer's requirements), CIP washer, bacteria access port, mixer, adjustable triangle bracket, jacket (can be equipped with Miller plate or hollow jacket according to the customer's requirements).
2). It has a long retention time under high temperature, and is insulated by aluminum silicate or polyurethane with a thickness of 50-100mm.
