Milk cooling tank is used for cooling and storage for fresh milk,also can be used to cool or storage for other liquid product.like juice ,dairy ,food and pharmaceutical field.

Milk cooling tank consists of milk tank, agitator mixer system, compressor unit and electrical control.

Features

The milk tank body is made of stainless steel, which is round and straight wall with large area cooling.  Polyurethane foaming process is adopted for the thermal insulation layer, with good thermal insulation performance.Milk Cooling Tank temperature can keep as 4 degree for long time.

The milk tank can be vertical or horizontal type, the tank with ellipse shape and composite structure. The cooling tank is composed of: tank, mixing , cooling system and electric control parts.
Tank: the inner vessel and outer case are made of SUS304 stainless steel. It adopts technology of the argon arc welding and precision polishing, so the dirt can not exit in any part of the tank. The thermal insulation system adopts integral polyurethane foam technology. Inside of the tank is equipped with evaporator. Inside equipped with CIP spray ball can self clean by water .
Agitator mixer: it is composed of motor, speed reducer and agitator. The motor connects with the tank by flanged connection. The agitator is driven by turbine reducer or cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer.
Refrigerating system: the refrigerating system consists of refrigerating unit and vertical cooling evaporator. The vertical cooling evaporator with advanced manufacturing technology has ideal cooling effect; the refrigerating unit has two kind configuration, air cooling and water cooling type. Normally the air cooling type refrigerating unit is adopted which can increase the condenser area and enhance the refrigerating speed. The air cooling type and water cooling type can be both adopted according to the requirement of clients. scroll type compressor with the advantages of high efficient, reliable operation, durable, energy saving and ideal refrigerating effect.
electronic controlling system: the controlling box is installed at the side part or near-end part of the tank so as to be suitable for controlling. The control box adopts the microcomputer technology, with function of fault alarm system and auto diagnosis system.
