The technical effect is that the traditional single extraction tank is replaced by the extractor tank-group extraction, and the traditional static extraction process is replaced by the dynamic counter current extraction in each extraction process. Therefore, the number of extractor tank can be flexibly combined according to the needs of the extraction and production of traditional herbal medicine, and the concentration gradient of solid and liquid phases can be effectively utilized to increase the temperature difference and raise the extraction rate. The extraction speed increases the concentration of the extract and shortens the extraction period.

High Performance Counter Current Herbal Extraction Tanks Group Machine Working principle :
It is assumed that several extraction tanks are connected to each other to form a series of extracton tanks ,the herbal materiala in each tank are in turn new-loaded herbal materials ,after extraction,the fresh solvent is added to the last tank .the other tanks are successively filled with the extract transferred from the next tank for extraction.the extract is eventually discharged from the front tank ,then the final extract tank discharges to the residue and loads the new herbal into the first extractor tank,so the circular extraction is carried out.
