Product Description

Stainless Steel Dairy milk Yogurt Pasteurization Fermenter Tank is a complete system which the qualified raw milk or milk powder with water into this equipments ,then heating , pasteurized ,cooling and fermented.
After the raw milk or milk powder with water  into this tank, turn on the stirring, while stirring, raise the temperature to 85 ºC, stop stirring, keep the temperature and pressure for 30 minutes. Ensure that all harmful bacteria in raw milk are killed, and the effective ingredients in raw milk will not be destroyed due to the high sterilization temperature. After heat preservation and pressure maintaining sterilization, the temperature is reduced to 42 ºC, and the bacteria are put into fermentation. After the bacteria are put into the fermentation, the stirring paddle of the equipment is turned on, and the constant fermentation temperature is kept at 42 ºC, and the fermentation time is 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours, the fermentation acidity is detected to meet the technical requirements, the fermentation is stopped, the stirring paddle with a cutter is turned on for demulsification, and the whey is separated out.
