Product Description

hemp is a natural product extracted from hemp, which is different from other hemp extracts. It is not addictive and hallucinogenic. It has high medicinal value. At present, hemp oil has been proved that it can treat epilepsy, improve mood, reduce the dependence of human body on alcohol and nicotine, resist anxiety and inflammation, relieve joint and nerve pain etc .

Hemp Oil concentrated evaporator is mainly used to evaporate the ethanol or other solvent from the hemp extractor solution for the production process .

Hemp Oil concentrated evaporator is used for low-temperature evaporation of liquid in hemp extractor industries.

Hemp Oil concentrated evaporator can continuously feed in the raw material and output the hemp oil materials. The material has short heating time and low evaporation temperature. The liquid can meet the required concentration requirements once passing through the equipment. It has little effect on the color, flavor and nutrition of the product, and is especially suitable for evaporation of heat sensitive materials .

Working principle of hemp oil concentration equipment:
The material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the falling film pipe from the top of the falling film chamber through the film distribution device, and flows from top to bottom under the action of its own gravity and secondary steam flow. At the same time, it exchanges heat with the heated steam on the outer wall of the falling film pipe and evaporates. The evaporated material and secondary steam enter the separation type for gas-liquid separation, and the material is sent out through the discharge pump, if the concentration of the material fails to meet the requirements Through the plunger valve, the steam volume is adjusted to ensure the concentration of the outlet material. The secondary steam enters the service condenser and is cooled with cooling water. The non condensable gas is sucked out by vacuum pump, and the system is guaranteed to work under vacuum at the same time.
